Two ways to feed your group. Choose full catering from one of our three onsite food partners — or keep it flexible with food vouchers so guests order what they want. Either way, food is handled. Meal options average at $18 per guest. 
Catering and food voucher details provided during booking. Food is a separate payment from your rental and drink package.

  • Events end 1 hour before closing unless approved otherwise.
  • Capacity - 40 seated. Larger groups welcome — The Den serves as home base.
  • A/V + Music- TV, A/V hookups + Bluetooth speaker included. Bring your own playlist.

  • Decor allowed. No open flames, glitter, confetti, or tape on walls. Violations subject to cleaning fee.
  • No outside food or alcohol. Outside cake + cupcakes welcome with approval.
  • Full event policies included in your rental agreement.

What's included in a Den rental?

Every booking includes the private space, tables, chairs, black linen tablecloths, glassware, private A/C, full A/V hookups, dedicated Swamp Cat staff, and setup and cleanup coordination. Drink packages are quoted separately.

How much does it cost?

The Den is $379.50 for a 3-hour rental — tax and service charge included. No surprise fees to the base hours. Additional hours are $75/hour. Full-day rentals up to 8 hours are $632.50 all-in. Drink packages start at $14/person based on your guest count and package selection.

What drink options are available?

We offer three drink packages: ticket package 2-drink, open bar taproom access, and private tap experience with dedicated bartender in The Den. All packages include NA options — NA beer, kombucha, seltzers, sodas, iced tea, and lemonade. Something for everyone.

What about parking?

Parking is easier than you think. We have 26 spots in our lot. Street parking is available on Hough St. and surrounding streets. There is a large parking lot on Royal Palm which is just a 4 minute walk. We'll send you a full parking guide with your booking confirmation so your guests arrive stress-free.

Do you have hard liquor?

We specialize in craft beer but also offer wine, canned cocktails, and a full NA lineup. Most groups find plenty to love. If your group has specific needs, just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate.

How does payment work?

Your Den rental and drink package are paid directly to Swamp Cat Brew Co. Food catering is a separate payment made directly to your chosen food partner. Three separate entities — no bundled invoices or surprise charges.
